I’ve been a therapist for 12 years and I’m the co-founder of @rooted.ut and our new company @rootedwellnessandretreats.  I have a passion for working with women and supporting them in connecting more deeply to to themselves and those they care about.  The longer I’ve been in practice, the more I believe in the power of holistic living and working with the mind, body, and soul (or the self). In my clinical practice I work with anxiety and trauma and am trained in EMDR, IFS, SE in Nature, Nervous System Recalibration, and Clinical Yoga. 

I love adventuring outdoors, doing yoga, hygge, and all things home decor and creating a sense of home - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.  I’m on my own path to living a more holistic life and hope you’ll join me on your own journey.
